I have been hearing a lot about brand equity, and I want to hop on board if it is something that could possibly help my company in any way. I am aware of the importance of how your company is perceived by your consumers, but why is it essential for any brand to create brand equity?

If people believe a brand is good, it has positive brand equity. Every business needs to build a good impression of its brand by gaining the customer's trust and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
