Follow these tips to capture customer sentiment:
- Measure customers' sentiment using questionnaires including questions like "How likely customers would recommend your brand to others matters."
- You can ask your customers for reviews on your product. Ask them to rate your products/services from 1-10. This is called Net Promoter Score. Alternatively, you can use in-app ratings (likes, heart emojis, for example).
- Direct feedback from your customers on social media is valuable. Analyze customer care chat records and emails for this purpose.
