What is the calculation that Google Analytics uses to calculate average order value? Where can I see this?

Google Analytics uses this formula to calculate the average order value:
GA Average Order Value = Overall value of sales in dollars / Total orders in a specific time
Follow these steps to navigate this metric in GA:
- Select Conversions.
- Go to E-commerce.
- Now select Overview. Your Average Order Value pops up.
