What are the different kinds of KPIs in e-commerce?

I'm struggling to know how to establish KPIs for product analysis in my e-commerce business. What are the different kinds/categories of KPIs out there?

There are more than 100 KPIs. Fortunately, for our ease, they are divided into 4 major categories:

  1. Financial KPIs - Various costs, profit, revenue, Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS), Day Sales Outstanding (DSO), sales by region, average expense per customer, and so on.
  2. Customer KPIs - Such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer satisfaction and retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Churn Rate, and so on.
  3. Process KPIs - LOB efficiency management, product defect percentage, Customer support tickets, etc.
  4. People KPIs - Employee Turnover Rate (ETR), response percentage to open positions, employee satisfaction, retirement rate, and so on.
